GREG CARNES, LNHA, MBA

Greg is the Administrator at Country Club Retirement Campus. He has been with us since 2005, and has been in long term care either as an Administrator or a Regional Manager in Central Ohio for over 23 years. Greg has a B.A. from Malone College and an MBA from Ashland University. He became a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA) in 1983.

The atmosphere and the interaction with the residents and families is the part of his job he enjoys the most. You will get to know Greg rather quickly as he is a "hands on" administrator with a great deal of compassion for the people in his care. The reason that Greg decided upon long term care as his career was his desire to make a difference. This attitude shines through each day.

CCRC is fortunate to have such a highly credentialed and experienced NHA who truly cares about the staff and residents.

DR. NIMETH, MD
Medical Director

Dr. Nimeth is the Medical Director for the Mount Vernon Campus. He has practiced medicine for over 20 years and has been with CCRC since 1997.

His accreditations include a degree from the Medical College in Toledo in 1988.

Dr. Nimeth oversees and coordinates all of the general medical care on our campus. He is strongly connected in the community and affiliated with many worthwhile organizations.

CCRC is honored to have such an accomplished physician as Medical Director.

LAURA WOOD, RN

Laura is the Co-Director of Nursing for CCRC. Laura has a degree from the Mansfield General School of Nursing, which is now MedCentral College of Nursing. She has been employed at our campus for over 6 years and considers the residents and her co-workers to be her extended family. Laura truly feels that she needs the residents as much as they need her and feels blessed when a family chooses our campus for their loved one.

Leading the coordination of the patient’s Plan of Care is one of Laura's responsibilities.  She works with the CCRC team of professionals to ensure that care plans are current and carried out in a professional and considerate manner.

Laura's strengths include being a source of support for her residents and their families. She will always stop to chat, or help with a problem.

SHELLEY MARMET, RN
Co-Director of Nursing

Shelley Marmet is the co-Director of Nursing for CCRC II. She attended North Central State College's nursing program. She has been employed with our Mount Vernon campus for over 6 years and was promoted to co-Director of Nursing in 2008. She enjoys caring and advocating for residents. 

Shelley’s duties include infection control, behavioral management and skin assessments. She also handles much of the medical documentation and care plans to ensure that the patients are receiving the best quality of care we can provide.

MELISSA VANDYKE
Social Service Director

Melissa is the Social Service Director and has been with CCRCII for over 6 years.  Her job duties include being in charge of the Social Service Department and handling all of the admissions.  Melissa guides patients and their families through the jargon of managed care and Medicare, streamlining the admissions process. She also acts as a communications liaison on behalf of the residents.

Melissa advocates for the residents’ to ensure that they receive all the assistance needed for smooth transition to the retirement campus, and continued support once admitted. She has been invaluable to CCRC II in many areas and an asset to the team.

AIMEE AUNE, LPTA
Therapy Program Manager

Aimee is the Therapy Program Manager for the Mt. Vernon Country Club Retirement Campus. She has an Associate Degree of Applied Science from Central Ohio Technical College.

Aimee's responsibilities include scheduling rehabilitation, overseeing therapy care plans  and making sure that CCRC residents are as comfortable as possible as they go through the therapy process. Aimee works for River Rock Rehabilitation, our partnered therapy company, and is an important daily part of our professional team. Her expertise is essential to successful rehabilitation for residents.

PAULINE SILER
Billing Manager

Pauline is our Billing Manager. Her responsibilities include billing Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, insurances, cash balancing, collections and data entry. Pauline is your source for all information related to your bill at CCRC.

Pauline joined our Campus family in 2004. She has attended Kent State University, has a Data Entry/Operator Certification from TCU Training Center in Cleveland and has received her Billing and Coding Certification from the National Healthcareer Association.

Working very closely with our team, Pauline is an invaluable part of the day-to-day operation and we appreciate her expertise.

DEBBIE FRY
Office Manager

Debbie is the Office Manager of Country Club Retirement Campus. She is responsible for accounts payable, corporate reports and monthly/quarterly tax reports. She is also responsible for answering questions from families and residents regarding their accounts. She works closely with our Corporate Billing Manager to resolve any billing issues which may occur.

The Office Manager also handles resident personal funds. This requires her availability for the residents for any monetary needs or questions with their accounts.

Debbie has been in the accounting business for over 30 years and has over 5 years in the medical field.   When she is not wearing her "financial hat" you'll find Debbie’s smiling face lending a hand with the rest of our CCRC team, making your experience with our facility an enjoyable one.

TAMI BUNNELL
Marketing Director

Tami is our Marketing Director. She is responsible for public relations, advertising, communications and outreach, serving in community groups, customer service, and organizing special public events.

Tami has a B.S. in Education from The Ohio State University and additional college coursework in digital communications and marketing. Her experience includes teaching high school, public health, human resources, employee development, marketing and public relations.

Tami works to promote CCRC’s mission toward quality of life to service the whole person. She enjoys working with medical professionals, public service organizations, and community businesses as well as bringing organizations in to CCRC to keep the residents involved and connected. 

JANET GANTT
Activities Director

Janet is the Director of Activities for CCRC and has over 6 years experience working in retirement communities. Part of Janet's job entails bringing fun to the residents by coordinating many and varied daily activities in which to become involved. She also focuses on patient care plans to be sure that we are contributing to each resident's overall well being. The social activities at CCRC are an integral part of daily life, and we consider them to be of the highest priority.

Activities range from bingo to crafts, Wii bowling, baking, pet therapy and community outings. Janet and her staff enjoy communicating with residents on a daily basis. They also encourage ideas and suggestions for activities from residents and family members. 

Janet enjoys bringing joy into the daily lives of residents and says she receives twice as many blessings as she gives. Her personality, creativity and willingness to do whatever she can make CCRC a better place to live!

JIM BRISTOW
Dietary Director

Jim is employed at CCRC as our Dietary Director. He has been a member of our team since 2003. His qualifications include a Chef's Apprenticeship in Dallas, Texas where he trained under two Master French Chefs and 23 years of cooking experience in Country Clubs and Fine Dining. While in Dallas, Jim cooked on the Dallas Culinary Olympic Team as a working chef and cooked for Julia Child.

He strives to make the residents’ meals a success and works hard with his team to be sure everyone understands the "food history" of our residents and how to make lives more enjoyable through culinary arts. Jim enjoys the family oriented atmosphere at CCRC, and feels honored to be considered a part of the residents’ families.

Stop by CCRC to visit Jim. There's always coffee on!

DAVID HUFFMAN
Maintenance Superintendent

Dave is our Maintenance Superintendent. His accreditations include a certificate from Knox County Career Center for Appliance Repair and Basic Electricity and two years at Central Florida Technical College with a degree in HVAC and Refrigeration.

Dave oversees maintenance issues on our campus. You will find him inspecting apartments, working on the building, maintaining the landscaping and chatting with the residents and staff about continuous upgrades and improvements.

Dave is committed to service for the residents and his co-workers, and is a vital member of the CCRC team.

RHONDA SMITH
Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor

Rhonda is the Supervisor of Housekeeping and Laundry. She has over 16 years of experience and it is her responsibility to be certain that the campus is sparkling clean every day. She takes great pride in her work and her efforts to ensure far more than the comfort of both residents and staff.  Rhonda plays an instrumental role in the care of our residents through meticulous and precise sanitation guidelines to prevent infection and spread of communicable diseases. 

Rhonda’s staff keeps a regimented cleaning schedule and adheres to a strict course of action right down to the proper use of all cleaning supplies. 

BRENDA K MORRIS
Crews Director

Brenda is our campus Crews Director. This means she handles all CCRC human resource needs, meets with each department and participates in their monthly meetings, solving any problems or issues they may have. She has been with the campus family for over 6 years.

Her accreditations include a Bachelors of Administration in Office Administration/Business from the Mt. Vernon Nazarene College and a certification in Public Speaking from the Ohio State University. She is well qualified for her job with 20 years of experience

Brenda is our "CREW" Liaison. She is an excellent motivator and has a contagious positive attitude. CCRC takes great pride in being an exceptional employer. It is through our Crews Directors that we find and retain exceptional employees who, in turn, make us an exceptional facility.
