MIKE HOHMA, LNHA

Mike Hohman is our Country Club Retirement Campus Administrator.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Administration Degree from Bowling Green State University in Gerontology with a Concentration in Long Term Care Administration. He has been with our campus for over 12 years and brings a plethora of experience to this position.

Mike is very connected with the Dover community and serves on the American Cancer Society Board. He is also affiliated with the New Philadelphia Lion's Club, the Dover Historical Society, and the Dover Development Association.

We are grateful for the understanding and compassion Mike displays as he leads our CCRC team.

DR. MCFADDEN, MD
Medical Director

Dr. McFadden is our Medical Director.  He was born in Guernsey County and graduated from Newcomerstown High School, Muskingum College and the Ohio State University College of Medicine. He did his post graduate training at Akron City Hospital and spent three years  in the United States Army Medical Corp.

He resides with his wife, Linda, and they have four children and four grandchildren.  He enjoys fishing, golfing, sports, hiking and camping.


Dr. McFadden is on the staff at Union Hospital and has been in Family Practice in Dover since 1977.  He enjoys geriatrics and has attended patients at the County Club Retirement Center for more than twenty-five years.

CCRC is honored to have such an accomplished physician as Medical Director of our Campus.

DEBBIE MOORE
Co-Director of Nursing

Debbie is the Co-Director of Nursing for CCRC. She graduated from Kent State University and is a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Debbie been worked in the field since she was 18 years old. She has  worked as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Step Down, and Medical Surgery. 

Debbie’s true passion is long term care, and she loves getting to know the families and the residents here at CCRC.

YVONNE MAURER
Co-Director of Nursing

Yvonne Maurer is the Co-Director of Nursing for CCRC. She has been an STNA, worked in laundry, been a primary care nurse, and taught STNA classes. She has been an Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing. Her love is gerontology care. Yvonne’s goal is to work with her team to raise the standards to a higher quality of care, always putting the residents first.

NICK HICKS, PTA
Program Therapy Manager

Nick is our Program Therapy Manager and has been with CCRC for two years.

Nick's responsibilities include scheduling rehabilitation, overseeing care plans and making sure that our residents are as comfortable as possible as they go through the process of moving on with their therapy. Nick works for Enduracare, our partnered therapy company, and his professional expertise is an integral part of our resident's daily care plan.

Nick has a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Hocking College. Our team is glad to have such a well rounded manager in charge of this department.

PAULINE SILER
Billing Manager

Pauline is our Billing Manager. Her responsibilities include billing Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, insurances, cash balancing, collections and data entry. Pauline is your source for all information related to your bill at CCRC.

Pauline joined our Campus family in 2004. She has attended Kent State University, has a Data Entry/Operator Certification from TCU Training Center in Cleveland and has received her Billing and Coding Certification from the National Healthcareer Association.

Working very closely with our team, Pauline is an invaluable part of the day-to-day operation and we appreciate her expertise.

CRISTY FELLERS

Cristy is our Office Manager and has been employed with CCRC since 1995. She is responsible for handling all financial records, resident funds, and the day to day business operations. She works very closely with all of the management team to be sure that our resident's needs are met.

Cristy attended Kent State and Stark State and majored in accounting.

Our campus values Cristy, her caring attitude and her expertise at her job. When she is not wearing her "financial hat" you will see her smiling face lending a hand with the rest of our CCRC team, making your experience here an enjoyable one.

Katie has been a part of the activity staff since 2007. She started as an Activity Assistant part time and is now the Activity Director for CCRC. She takes great pride in personally knowing every resident at CCRC. Katie graduated from Claymont High School and attended Kent State University-Tuscarawas.

Katie enjoys bringing fun and laughter to the residents of CCRC, and is committed to the well being of each resident. Activities range from bingo, social gatherings, morning exercise, craft club, cooking class, pet therapy, and community outings. Katie is committed to the happiness of each resident of CCRC, so if you have an idea for an activity, feel free to let her know.

DARLA CARLISLE

Darla Carlisle is our Social Service Director.  Darla is a native of Tuscarawas County and has spent many years working in the nursing home business. Her background includes National Certification as an Activities Director.  Darla’s experience in nursing homes began in Activities and progressed to the Marketing field. Her experience in Marketing, Admissions, and Activities affords her in-depth knowledge of the industry. 

Darla’s focus is on the needs of our residents and their families from the time that the referral is made, through the admission process, and throughout their stay at our campus. Whether one needs assistance in short or long term placement, financial planning, or day to day concerns or needs, Darla is there and willing to assist. Working with the community agencies, insurance companies, the facility interdisciplinary team, and the residents’ and their families allows for a smoother experience for all involved. Should you have questions regarding a stay at our campus, or simply need advice for your healthcare needs, feel free to ask for Darla.  She will be happy to answer your questions or direct you to the resources in our community that can help.

JIM BENTLEY
Public Relations Director

Jim Bentley has nearly 20 years of housing and senior service experience. As Public Relations Director, he primarily works with community organizations and public agencies to not only increase CCRC exposure but also to help seniors learn about and receive financial assistance. Bentley previously served as the Director of the East Central Ohio Housing Network. He also worked as the Director of Planning and Development for the Area Agency on Aging, Region 9.

SARA CONRAD
Life Enrichment Center Director

Sara is our Life Enrichment Spa Director and also acts as Concierge.

When we expanded our campus in 2006 and added the Life Enrichment Center, a position opened for a director to spearhead programs designed to enhance daily life at CCRC. Sara fits that position with a Bachelors in Advertising from Kent State University and brings a creative approach to the job. She also fulfills the Concierge position with compassion and a smiling face to greet residents and make sure they are as comfortable as possible in our campus.

Her responsibilities include heading up the juice bar, assisting in Activities and Marketing, writing our newsletter to keep our residents up to date and scheduling appointments for our offered services in the LEC, such as facials, massage and personal training. She is also responsible for introducing the community to our campus and scheduling and assisting with activities. Sara's goal is to make our resident's lives more full by offering life enriching activities to our residents

Sara enjoys being a part of the CCRC family, she enjoys the residents and the community, and we certainly appreciate her.

STEVEN HARLAN
Dietary Manager

Steve is employed at CCRC as our Dietary Manager. He has been a member of our team since 2009. His qualifications include a Degree in Culinary Arts from Pennsylvania Culinary, in Pittsburgh, Pa. He has a combined cooking and managerial experience of 23 years in the culinary field. Steve has a background of working in high volume Steak Houses as well as Fine Dining. He is also an Army veteran who loves to travel the world.

He enjoys making the resident's meals delightful and works hard with his team to be sure everyone enjoys every bite. Steve takes pride in teaching his staff to hone their culinary skills and understand the history of food, and feels honored to be considered a part of the residents’ families.

DAVE HICKMAN
Maintenance Supervisor

Dave is our Maintenance Supervisor and has been a member of the Country Club family since 2007.

Dave can be seen around the campus evaluating empty apartments, on the floor fixing anything which needs to be fixed and interacting with the residents. He enjoys using his skills in heating, air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, construction, remodeling apartments and keeping up with the grounds.

If you have a maintenance issue, feel free to chat with either Dave or one of his staff. He has become close to our residents and considers them to be part of his extended family.

VICI BOYER
Supervisor of Housekeeping and Laundry

Vici is the Supervisor of Housekeeping and Laundry. It is her responsibility to be certain that the campus is sparkling clean every day. She takes great pride in her work and her efforts ensure far more than the comfort of our residents. Vici plays an instrumental role in the care of our residents through meticulous and precise sanitation guidelines to prevent infection and spread of communicable diseases.

Vici's staff keeps a regimented cleaning schedule and adheres to a strict course of action right down to the proper use of all cleaning supplies.

Thank you, Vici, for running such a tidy ship.

ANN TURNER
Crews Director

Ann Turner is the Crews Director of the Country Club Retirement Campus. Her career with CCRC began in January of 2010.

Ann attended the University of Akron and studied Business and Organizational Communications/Data Processing.

Ann’s responsibilities include maintaining the personnel files, organizing orientations, coordinating benefits, maintaining and processing payroll, developing social committees, and motivating the staff.

Ann is our "CREW" Liaison. CCRC takes great pride in being an exceptional employer. It is through our Crews Directors that we find and retain exceptional employees who in turn make us an exceptional facility.
