JANET HARRIS
Chief Executive Officer

Janet Harris is our Chief Executive Officer.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1996 through Cleveland State University. Janet is licensed by the State of Ohio as a certified public accountant and is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs.

Janet has been with the Holland organization since 2002 and in January 2008 took on her new role of CEO. Janet has a commitment to the communities in which our campuses reside and is passionate about the citizens in those communities along with employees and residents in each of our facilities.

Janet brings years of experience in privately held organizations, multi company setting, and the establishment of best practices. With a manufacturing background, Janet is a driving force in bringing state of the art technology solutions to our organization.

Mike Hohman is our Director of Nursing Home Operations for Holland Management.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Administration Degree from Bowling Green State University in Gerontology with a Concentration in Long Term Care Administration. He has been with our company for 12 years and brings a plethora of experience to his position as he served as administrator for our Dover location for 10 years before taking a leading position in our corporate office.

We are grateful for the understanding and compassion that Mike displays as he leads the staff and management of our CCRC teams.

Pauline is our Billing Manager. Her responsibilities include billing Medicare, Medicaid, Private pay, Insurances, Cash Balancing, Collections and Data Entry. Pauline is your source for all information related to your bill at CCRC.

Pauline joined our Campus family in 2004. She has attended Kent State University, has a Data Entry/Operator Certification from TCU Training Center in Cleveland and is currently working on her Billing and Coding Certification at New Horizons in Cleveland.

Working very closely with our team, Pauline is an invaluable part of the day to day operation and we appreciate her expertise.
