Independent Catered Apartments

Senior Living is no easy task. As we age, things like home maintenance, repairs, taxes, cooking and cleaning can become overwhelming responsibilities. Addressing this for our senior population is the goal of Country Club Retirement Campus.

We shovel the snow, weed the lawn, replace the light bulbs and hang the Christmas wreath. The job of our residents is to do as little, (or as much) with their retirement years as they choose. Take a CCRC sponsored bus trip, water the plants, attend a religious service, watch an afternoon movie or drink a glass of wine with your happy hour hors d' oeuvre. The ball is in your court, the choice is yours.

Safety is, of course, a concern. Our state of the art medical pendant system is linked to 24 hour nursing care on premise. We offer medication assistance and help with the activities of daily living.

Additional services include personal maid service, laundry facilities and luxury transportation to appointments.

Assisted Living Apartments and Suites

When one of our independent apartment residents chooses to make the move to assisted living, the transition is quite simple. Your comfort and satisfaction is our priority. You will find a dedicated staff to provide a helping hand with the activity of daily living, assistance and reminders for daily medications and plentiful restaurant style meals designed with nutrition and taste in mind.

For safety, each apartment is equipped with two emergency call access lines. Additionally a walk in shower, plenty of closet space, individually controlled temperatures and space in which to move your favorite furniture are just a few of the amenities to enjoy. Fully trained staff is seconds away to address any need.

Respite Care

Our respite care program is designed for residents who need simply a short-term stay.

The program is designed to provide the following:

• Relief and support to the caregiver
• Assistance to those recovering from an illness or injury
• Trusted care, during which a family member may be out of town or on vacation

Transitional Care/Private Rehabilitation Rooms

Our transitional care program provides extra care and rehabilitation, allowing the patient to gain strength and additional rehabilitation services. (Physical and Occupational Therapy is offered with a physician order under Medicare Part B. a portion will be covered by Medicare; some insurance companies will pick pay for the remaining balance) Our goal is for the patient to return home.

Physical Therapy

The goal of the physical therapy department is to maximize function and independence. Through careful evaluation and planning, individual programs are developed which include:
