JOSEPH R. ZVOSECZ, NHA, MBA

Mr. Zvosecz has 19 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator. Five of those years have been with CCRC. He is in his third year with Bellaire Country Club Retirement Campus.
Accreditations include a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Cleveland State University Long Term Care Administration MBA Program.
Joe then went on to be the Owner and President of Ohio Health Ventures, a long term care management company, which was responsible for day to day operations of three facilities in three different cities. This company cared for over 500 residents on a daily basis. This solid base has served him well in running our retirement campus and caring for the residents in our community.
Professional and community involvements in which Joe is involved include serving on S.A.R.A.H. Adult Day Services Board of Advisors, Canton City Schools Licensed Practical Nurse School Board of Advisors, Alternate Trustee to Ohio Health Care Association Board of Trustees for Districts X and XI, Bellaire Chamber of Commerce and former President of the Bellaire Kiwanis Club.

DR. MUSUNURI, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Musunuri is the Medical Director for our Campus. He has practiced in Bellaire for over 20 years, and has been with our facility since 2000.
Dr. Musunuri graduated medical school in Hyderabad, India in 1979. He then came to Bellaire in 1996 and was certified through the Basic Medical Science course in Kaplan, New York. He serves on the American Board of Internal Medicine.
CCRC is honored to have such an accomplished physician as Medical Director of our Campus. |

MAXINE SLOKAN, RN

Maxine joined CCRC in October of 2007 as Co-Director of Nursing. She is responsible for the scheduling, hiring, supervising of nursing personnel, providing educational and training programs, overseeing the skin care program and evaluating the care of our residents.
Her accreditations include degrees from Wheeling Jesuit University, WV Northern Community College and Wicks Educational Association, Inc.
Maxine's professional associations include Wound, Ostomy Continence Nurse Society and Wheeling Jesuit Alumni.
She has been a wonderful addition to our community and we are happy to have her on board. |

MARILYN MYERS, RN

Marilyn joined CCRC IV over seven years ago. Prior to her work here as an RN, she was a nurse at Bellaire Hospital for 15 years. Her specialty areas were in intensive care and emergency room care.
Marilyn’s Nursing Associate’s degree is from West Virginia Northern. You will see Marilyn overseeing the restorative, psychological and pain programs and participating in Quality Assurance. She is also responsible with the Co-Director of Nursing to provide education and guidance to the nursing staff enabling CCRC to provide excellent care to our residents.
The staff is pleased to announce that Marilyn is Co-Director of Nursing and will be helping us to provide the care that our residents deserve. |

TRACIE COLE, LSW

Tracie is our licensed Social Worker with an Associates Degree in Mental Health from Belmont Technical College and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work from Franciscan University.
Tracie is our resident liaison. And who better to be your liaison than our Tracie who has been serving the residents of CCRC for over twelve years! She will walk you through the admissions process and help you get acquainted with your new surroundings. Tracie works with your clinical team in developing your individualized care plan and helps you through the financial spider web of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and an assortment of insurance jargon.

DAVID ZWACK
Therapy Program Manager
David's responsibilities include scheduling and rehabilitation, overseeing care plans and making sure that our residents are as comfortable as possible as they go through the process of moving on with their therapy.
As a Regional Manager for EnduraCare -- our therapy company partner -- David has overseen therapeutic departments for three of our Campuses from 2005 through 2009. David earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 1995 from Wheeling Jesuit College. He received his MSPT in Physical Therapy in 2001 from Wheeling Jesuit University.
His experience includes working and treating patients with rehabilitation in the following fields: Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Functional Rehabilitation, Work Hardening, Neurological, Pulmonary, Wound Care and Dementia. David also has experience in an acute hospital setting.
His professional expertise is an integral part of our residents daily care plan. |

PAULINE SILER
Billing Manager

Pauline is our Billing Manager. Her responsibilities include billing Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, insurances, cash balancing, collections and data entry. Pauline is your source for all information related to your bill at CCRC.
Pauline joined our Campus family in 2004. She has attended Kent State University, has a Data Entry/Operator Certification from TCU Training Center in Cleveland and has received her Billing and Coding Certification from the National Healthcareer Association.
Working very closely with our team, Pauline is an invaluable part of the day-to-day operation and we appreciate her expertise. |

MANDY HOCKING
Office Manager

Mandy is the Office Manager of Country Club Retirement Campus. She is responsible for such things as accounts payable, corporate reports and monthly/quarterly tax reports.
She is also responsible for answering questions from families and residents regarding their accounts. She works closely with our Corporate Billing Manager to resolve any billing issues which may occur.
The Office Manager position, additionally, handles resident personal funds. This requires her availability for the residents for any monetary needs or questions with their accounts. You will receive a quarterly statement from Mandy keeping the lines of communication open.
Mandy has been with CCRC for over four years. When she is not wearing her "financial hat" you'll find Mandy's smiling face as she lends a hand with the rest of our CCRC team, making your experience with our facility an enjoyable one. |

COLLEEN DEBLASIS
Marketing Director

Colleen has been our Marketing Director of CCRC IV since 2007. She handles all of the marketing duties and is out in the public creating goodwill with the citizens of Bellaire and the residents of our close-knit community.
She is currently President of the Bellaire Chamber of Commerce and also participates with the St. Clairsville Chamber of Commerce. She works with the local hospitals, senior centers, and schools. She is a member of the Adult Care Coalition and Memory Walk planning Committees.
At Country Club, Colleen plans and organizes all fund- raisers, activities and special events. We are pleased to have Colleen as a member of our team. |

DIANA WAGNER
Activities Director

Diana has been with CCRC IV since November of 2007. Diana started as an Activity Aide and is now activity Director. Utilizing the residents care plan to ensure that the residents’ needs are met, Diana assists her aides in developing and implementing activities that enrich the quality of life both physically and emotionally. Activities range from bingo, weekend socials, and musical entertainment to community outings.
When needed Diana assists in other duties such as arranging and transporting our residents to appointments and serving residents in the new person centered care dining rooms. |

CHRIS KINNEY

Chris is the Dietary Manager for CCRC. She has been with us for 19 years. Chris was hired as a Prep Cook and worked her way up to Dietary Manager by going to school, working hard and caring about our residents and their food choices.
She enjoys making the residents’ meals a success and works with her staff to make sure they both understand the "food history" of our residents and how to make their lives more enjoyable with culinary arts.
Chris is a long term employee with CCRC and is a valuable asset! We are certainly grateful for her loyalty to the staff and residents; she is a great value and is an intricate member of the CCRC team. |

ERNIE JACK
Maintenance Supervisor
Ernie brings 40 years of experience to his position as Maintenance Supervisor. He has worked as a mechanical engineer and currently holds his Master Plumber’s License and Journeyman’s Electrician’s License.
Ernie supervises any and all maintenance issues within our campus. You will find him working on the building and chatting with residents and staff about maintenance issues frequently.
As our Maintenance Supervisor, Ernie gives the residents peace of mind no matter what the situation. We are glad to have someone with such experience running our Maintenance Department. |

JOHN MCGARRY
Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor
John serves as our Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor. He is responsible for making sure that our building is sparkling clean every day.
John takes great pride in his work and his efforts ensure far more than just the comfort of our residents. John plays an instrumental role in the care of our residents through meticulous and precise sanitation guidelines to prevent infection and the spread of communicable diseases. John’s staff keeps a regimented cleaning schedule and adheres to strict guidelines right down to the proper use of all cleaning supplies.

JENNIFER KELLEY
Crews Director

Jennifer is our Crews Director. This means she handles all CCRC employee issues. She meets with each department, participates in regular meetings, and solves problems on a daily basis.
She is currently President of the St. Clairsville Rotary Club and graduated from Fairmont State College with a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Office Administration.
Jennifer is our “CREW” liaison. CCRC takes great pride in being an exceptional employer. It is through our Crews Director that we find and retain exceptional employees who in turn make us an exceptional facility.
